Bright Horizons Work + Family is seeking a strategic Head of Product Platform and Content to lead the growth of Work + Family Space and Parental Leave Toolkit in the UK. You will own the roadmap, GTM strategy, content direction and user engagement to drive adoption and commercial growth.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales and Client Engagement to deliver innovative solutions that support employers, employees and families.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of product teams in a B2B2C SaaS context.
• Experience defining product strategy and GTM plans.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary product and content teams.
