Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking an experienced Head of Product Platform and Content to steer the strategy, growth and commercial success of our digital platforms, Work + Family Space and Parental Leave Toolkit. You will own the product proposition, go-to-market strategy, content direction and client engagement roadmap, driving adoption and retention across platforms.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Work + Family, you will lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with Sales, Marketing and Client

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
MBA or advanced degree or relevant professional experience preferred.
Desirable experience in professional services, HR tech, benefits administration or related industries.

Responsibilities

Develop and own the strategic roadmap for our platform products.
Lead product positioning, commercial proposition and go-to-market activity.
Drive user engagement, adoption and retention through data-led decision making.
Shape and deliver the platform content strategy.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary product and content team.
Partner with Sales, Marketing and Client Engagement teams to support growth.
Identify partnership opportunities and support platform innovation.
Use analytics and customer insight to inform product priorities and measure success.
Support the scaling of our platform offering across multiple markets.
