Job summary

Nottingham Building Society is hiring two Product Performance Managers to oversee how our mortgage strategy comes to life commercially. You will own performance management within a key lending segment and work cross-functionally with Credit Risk, Sales, Operations and Marketing.

The roles are based at head office in Nottingham with hybrid working (minimum 2 days per week) and a salary up to 65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

• Experience in mortgage product or similar roles within a regulated financial services environment.
• Demonstrated success in driving customer and commercial outcomes through holistic product management.

Responsibilities

• Own performance across product segments, incl. metrics, triggers, and actions to drive results.
• Oversee end-to-end product proposition (features, criteria, affordability) with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor sales performance and pipeline, identify efficiency and outcome improvements.
• Lead product reviews, identify risks and opportunities.
• Incorporate market insights into actionable improvements, including competitors and regulation.
• Own fair value, fees and charges approach.
• Shape customer communications and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Pricing to influence pricing strategy.

• Monitor sales performance and pipeline conversion, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Lead product reviews, identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Bring deep market insight (competitors, customer needs, regulation) and turn this into actionable improvements.
• Own our approach to fair value, fees, and charges.
• Shape customer communications and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Pricing to influence overall pricing strategy.
