Role Overview

We are hiring two Product Performance Managers! In this role, you'll oversee how our mortgage strategy comes to life commercially, owning performance management within a key lending segment and helping us achieve our ambitions. • Own performance across your product segments, including metrics, triggers, and actions to drive results.
• Oversee the end-to-end product proposition (such as features, criteria, and affordability) in partnership with Credit Risk, Sales, Operations, and Marketing colleagues.
• Monitor sales performance and pipeline conversion, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Lead product reviews, identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Bring deep market insight (competitors, customer needs, regulation) and turn this into actionable improvements.
• Own our approach to fair value, fees, and charges.
• Shape customer communications and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Pricing to influence overall pricing strategy.

About You

Requirements include:
