Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst on digital platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including Jira, user stories, and backlog management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and user requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, workflows, and functional specs.
• Maintain a prioritised backlog and define acceptance criteria.
• Support roadmap planning and delivery cycles.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver platform enhancements.
