Job summary

You will own platforms supporting B2B printing services and our B2C subscription offerings, collaborating with product owners and platform specialists to refine requirements and produce clear specifications. Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar roles on digital platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience in Agile environments with Jira, user stories and backlog management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and user requirements and translate them into user stories and functional specifications.
• Support product roadmap planning and prioritisation and refine requirements for development cycles.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and assist development and testing teams through delivery lifecycle.
• Engage stakeholders, communicate priorities, and drive continuous improvement based on feedback.
