TOPdesk in the United Kingdom is seeking a seasoned product marketer to own positioning for ITSM/ESM, build ICPs from evidence, and shape a platform narrative that combines ITSM, ESM, and AI.

You will influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Analyst Relations, align launches, and translate innovation into market-ready messaging while balancing short-term wins with long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of owning positioning or narrative for a product or platform.
• Experience building or sharpening an ICP from evidence.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain TOPdesk's overall ITSM and ESM positioning and ICP.
• Build the platform narrative that ties ITSM, ESM, and AI into one coherent story.
• Partner with Product to translate innovation into market-ready positioning.
• Align Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Analyst Relations on the positioning.
