TOPdesk is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for AI & Automation in Manchester. You will own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for our AI-enabled capabilities, reporting to the Director of Product and Customer Marketing. You’ll partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure a single, credible TOPdesk story.

This fast-moving area offers real ownership, direct product access, and the chance to set the standard for how we talk about AI across our platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS product marketing with ownership of positioning and GTM.
• Ability to understand technical topics and explain them simply.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Define positioning and messaging for AI & Automation, grounded in customer problems and outcomes.
• Translate product capabilities into language IT leaders and service managers understand.
• Lead go-to-market for AI launches: briefs, messaging, demos, enablement with Product, Sales, and Marketing.
• Partner with Product early to ensure credible claims and build trust with customers.
• Weave AI into the platform narrative and release strategy across teams.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success to handle AI conversations and ROI objections.
• Track AI landscape and synthesize insights into clear POVs.
• Gather signals from early customers and analysts to sharpen the story.
• Collaborate with Analyst Relations and Customer Marketing to build customer proof.
