Job summary

TOPdesk is seeking a Platform PMM to own ITSM/ESM positioning and ICP, crafting a platform narrative that ties ITSM, ESM, and AI into a coherent story. You’ll collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across launches and campaigns in a growing enterprise service management landscape.

You’ll report to the Director of Product & Customer Marketing as a senior IC, shaping best practices and driving the company’s next chapter with a data-driven, customer-focused

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• A track record of owning positioning or narrative for a product or platform, not just launch execution.
• Experience building or sharpening an ICP from evidence, not assumption.
• Comfort operating at both altitude — company-wide narrative — and in the detail of a single launch brief.
• Strong stakeholder influence. You’ve moved a room of skeptics before.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain TOPdesk’s ITSM and ESM positioning and ICP.
• Build the platform narrative tying ITSM, ESM, and AI together.
• Collaborate with Product to translate innovations into market-ready positioning.
• Support the quarterly launch rhythm and align sales enablement.
• Brief and align Sales, CS, Customer Marketing, and Analysts on positioning.
• Validate positioning against win/loss, customer conversations, and analyst feedback.
• Influence without authority to gain buy-in from leadership.
