Product Manager – Risk | 12 Month FTC | Product Team | UK | Hybrid or Remote

We’re searching for a UK based Product Manager join our RiskProduct team, so that we can further strengthen our platform’s ability to reduce patient harm and improve safety outcomes. In this role, you will act as a strategic orchestrator, applying advanced product management expertise to identify, validate, and optimise high impact product opportunities. With significant autonomy, you’ll collaborate across engineering, marketing, and sales to shape commercially viable product strategies that maximise revenue growth, user value, and measurable healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic product roadmaps by sequencing feature development and market initiatives that align with business growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across engineering, marketing, and sales, resolving integration and prioritisation challenges.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to inform high confidence product recommendations and uncover actionable market insights.
  • Identify and refine market opportunities through structured user research, translating customer needs into commercially viable product solutions.
  • Apply advanced prioritisation frameworks to balance evolving business needs with tactical execution.
  • Evaluate product initiatives through robust business case frameworks, optimising revenue growth, market positioning, and cost efficiency.
  • Communicate complex decisions effectively to senior stakeholders, adapting style to ensure transparency, trust, and alignment.
Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of NHS patient safety regulatory requirements, risk management methodologies, and patient safety procedures.
  • Experience working with healthcare technology products in an agile software development environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using product & departmental KPIs to optimise product performance.
  • Proven expertise in advanced product discovery techniques to validate and refine high-impact opportunities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot prioritisation challenges and apply sophisticated frameworks in rapidly changing market contexts.
  • Substantial experience developing commercial business cases and financial models balancing revenue, cost, and market positioning.
  • Exceptional skill in building trusted cross-functional partnerships, resolving friction, and driving integrated solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in evidence-based decision-making, connecting complex data sources to deliver actionable product recommendations.
  • A genuine passion for improving patient safety and healthcare outcomes.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a rapidly evolving, mission-led environment.
