Job summary

Sumsub is expanding its Reusable KYB line and seeks a Product Manager who will own the domain end-to-end. You will work with B2B customers to translate insights into product improvements, prioritise high-impact initiatives, and collaborate with engineering to ship measurable upgrades.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B Product Management experience in RegTech/FinTech/crypto or regulated software domains.
• Proven track record of validating customer problems through direct feedback and translating insights into adoption.
• Comfortable discussing backend concepts like REST APIs, tokens, webhooks, microservices, and digital wallet architectures.
• Strong literacy in B2B RegTech with eye for market trends and onboarding friction points.
• Able to define multi-quarter strategic vision and execute daily with engineering to deliver sprint commitments.
• Language: Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Reusable KYB product and be accountable for its adoption and success.
• Work closely with B2B customers to understand real-world problems and turn insights into product improvements.
• Identify and prioritize initiatives that drive impact on usage, value, and customer outcomes.
• Drive product decisions using goals, data, and direct customer feedback.
• Balance discovery and delivery to build the right capabilities at the right time.
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics to ship meaningful, measurable improvements.
• Design and align the product roadmap with the broader Reusable team.
