Job summary

MoonPay Enterprise seeks a principal-level PM to own KYB onboarding and risk platforms. You will drive end-to-end onboarding for partners and businesses, aligning surface APIs, verification flows, and compliance rules with product goals.

You will leverage AI daily to optimize processes, build scalable onboarding experiences, and govern vendor choices across verification providers while delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Own onboarding, identity, verification, or risk as a platform.
• AI tools used daily for analysis and prototyping.
• Strong analytics and product design sense for KYB workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define KYB product strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Own onboarding funnel metrics: pass rate, time-to-verified, and quality.
• Shape KYB API surface, webhooks, and partner onboarding.
• Treat compliance as product with policy-to-design translation.
• Manage vendor decisions and automation in verification stack.
