Job summary

Wise is hiring a Product Manager to own a BOV workstream within Business Onboarding Verification. You will shape the problem, craft the solution, and set success metrics—partnering across Engineering, Analytics, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to deliver measurable KYB improvements.

As a PM, you will balance rapid iteration with robust guardrails, ensuring auditable, scalable onboarding for business customers while driving operational efficiency and a safer customer experience.

Qualifications

• PM experience owning complex work from discovery through delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Comfort in data-heavy, risk-sensitive, regulated domains (onboarding, payments, trust and safety).
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements, launch criteria and iteration plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for one BOV workstream, from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Identify high-value KYB problems using friction, cost, risk and regulatory needs.
• Define launch metrics, guardrails and learning loops; collaborate with Engineering, Analytics, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and regional teams.
