Job summary

Sumsub is expanding its Reusable KYB line and seeks a Product Manager who will own the domain end-to-end. You will work with B2B customers to translate insights into product improvements, prioritise high-impact initiatives, and collaborate with engineering to ship measurable upgrades.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B Product Management experience in RegTech/FinTech/crypto or regulated software domains.
• Proven track record of validating customer problems through direct feedback and translating insights into adoption.
• Comfortable discussing backend concepts like REST APIs, tokens, webhooks, microservices, and digital wallet architectures.
• Strong literacy in B2B RegTech with eye for market trends and onboarding friction points.
• Able to define multi-quarter strategic vision and execute daily with engineering to deliver sprint commitments.
• Language: Fluent English (written and spoken).

As we expand Reusable KYB into a dedicated, high-growth product line, we're looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of the domain. Your mission is two-fold: first, bridge the feature gap between Reusable KYC and KYB by adapting proven mechanics; second, pioneer next-generation corporate identity wallets, reliance networks, and universal business profiles.

What You Will Be Doing

About You

• 3+ years of B2B Product Management experience in RegTech, FinTech, Crypto, Digital Identity, or highly regulated software domains.

• Proven track record of validating customer problems through direct feedback and translating qualitative insights into measurable product adoption.

• Comfortable discussing backend technical concepts, including REST APIs, tokens, webhooks, microservices, and digital wallet architectures.

• Strong literacy in the B2B RegTech space, with an eye for market trends, competitor mechanics, and customer onboarding friction points.

• Equally comfortable defining multi-quarter strategic vision and executing daily with engineering to deliver sprint commitments.

• Language: Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity or high-level awareness of global B2B identity initiatives such as GLEIF, eIDAS 2.0, VASP / Travel Rule, or accredited Reliance KYC/KYB models.

• Hands-on exposure to digital wallet product design, credential management, or decentralized identity models.
