Job summary
GE Vernova seeks a technically grounded Product Manager for Control & Protection Systems to shape the roadmap for HVDC, FACTS, and grid-stability solutions. You will connect engineering capability to market needs, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure the portfolio remains state-of-the-art and commercially competitive.

Qualifications
- Significant experience in product management, systems engineering, or technical leadership in power transmission or grid stability.
- Ability to translate customer needs into product priorities and roadmaps.
- Experience coordinating across engineering, R&D and commercial teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap for C&P systems across transmission and grid stability solutions, including HVDC and FACTS.
- Guide a team of product owners across C&P algorithms, platforms, and hardware/software interfaces.
- Make architectural decisions for real-time C&P systems balancing performance and scalability.
- Translate market trends into clear product priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee requirements, design specs and test plans to meet technical and business standards.
- Build external relationships with GE Vernova entities, clients and suppliers.
