As a Product Manager - Digital Mergers & Acquisitions and Advisory - Senior Associate in Global Investment Banking Digital, you will contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities
  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Provides clear vision and scope documentation, use cases, workflows, wireframes, product requirements, and other materials as needed to facilitate UX design and development
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
  • Develops knowledge of Investment Banking, particularly Mergers & Acquisitions, and engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product offerings meet their expectations
  • Gains a detailed understanding of the end-to-end user journey and deal life cycle, and be accountable for building solutions that transform and enhance these user journeys
  • Collaborates with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to build solutions that meet business needs, ensuring adaptability and scalability across regions
  • Understands the data ecosystem within Global Banking and identify dependencies and integration points to enable a seamless platform experience for users
  • Builds a deep understanding of advanced analytics and AI capabilities that can be incorporated into product solutions to enhance and accelerate user value
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Previous experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Track record of Product management experience including backlog management, writing user stories, communicating product requirements to engineers
  • A customer‑centric mindset and experience building and delivering greenfield products end to end
  • Strong problem solver and effective communicator with a partnership mindset and ability to collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and executive leadership
  • Ability to partner with cross‑functional teams at all levels for effective execution in an agile manner
  • Understanding of common design tools like Figma and the ability to communicate low fidelity ideas using them
