IPC Systems in London seeks a Product Manager for IPC One to shape and deliver compliance capabilities—capture, retention, supervision, auditability and policy controls. You will translate regulatory and customer requirements into clear outcomes and roadmaps, partnering with Engineering to deliver secure, cloud-forward solutions that reduce risk.

You will collaborate with global customers and internal teams in a hybrid London role, align features across regions, track KPIs, and support

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in Product Management for B2B SaaS/fintech solutions.
• Strong experience building compliance-adjacent products (capture, retention, supervision, auditability, policy controls).
• Excellent written/verbal communication and executive-ready storytelling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery with compliance, legal, and operations to convert regulatory needs into epics and outcomes.
• Define compliance product strategy for IPC One (capture, retention, supervision, evidence).
• Own the roadmap and release plan for compliance capabilities across regions and channels.
• Partner with Engineering and Security to embed secure-by-design requirements.
• Specify workflows for supervision and review to strengthen governance.
• Drive partner and integration strategy to expand coverage across channels.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on positioning, packaging, and enablement.
• Define and track KPIs to improve product outcomes with data-driven iteration.
• Support lifecycle decisions to reduce customer disruption.
