IPC Systems is seeking a Senior Business Development Sales Lead for hybrid, full-time work in London. You will drive enterprise sales with Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions in EMEA, building trusted relationships with senior leaders and coordinating with regional and global teams to grow IPC’s footprint.

• Significant business development or enterprise sales experience within financial markets, fintech or related tech.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and senior client stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to originate and progress long, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify and progress strategic growth opportunities with Tier 1/2 clients in EMEA.
• Build trusted executive relationships and position IPC as a strategic partner.
• Develop targeted engagement plans and expand IPC's footprint across accounts.
• Coordinate with regional/global teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
• Lead conversations around regulatory resilience and operational efficiency where relevant.
