LexisNexis Regulatory Compliance is hiring a Product Manager to shape AI-powered capabilities for the RegCompliance+ platform. You will work with customers and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, prioritise enhancements and deliver value-driven solutions that improve user experience.

You will collaborate with Head of Product, engineering, data science and design to gather insights, shape requirements and guide delivery from discovery to launch, iterating based on data and feedback.

Qualificações

• Experience in product management, business analysis, or closely related role.
• Familiarity with AI-driven product development and how AI creates customer value.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise requirements and communicate confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-centric mindset with a curiosity about user behaviour and unmet needs.
• Structured approach to prioritisation and organisation.
• Experience working within a SaaS, information services, legal, compliance, or B2B technology environment; exposure to user research methods, A/B testing, or product analytics platforms; and/or an understanding of UK/EU regulatory landscape, including areas such as employment law, financial services regulation, data protection, ESG, or AML/CTF.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse usage data and partner with UX Research to understand user needs and pain points.
• Define and prioritise feature requirements and acceptance criteria across the product.
• Contribute to market and competitive research to inform product positioning and feature decisions.
• Develop and maintain understanding of regulatory compliance landscape and target customer workflows.
• Own and manage product features and AI-powered capabilities across the RegCompliance+ platform through the full development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to provide clear requirements and timely input.
• Monitor product performance post-release using metrics and customer feedback for iteration.
• Partner with content, editorial, Sales and Marketing to communicate progress, priorities, and trade-offs.
