IPC Systems is seeking a Compliance, Middle & Back Office Business Development Specialist in London. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on expanding IPC's presence within Compliance, Middle Office and Back Office teams across Tier 1/2 institutions, leveraging executive relationships and multi-stakeholder selling to drive strategic opportunities.

You will partner with Global Account Management, Sales, Product, Customer Solutions and Marketing to build a robust pipeline, address regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise sales, business development or strategic account management in financial markets/fintech.
• Strong understanding of financial markets operating models and trade lifecycle processes.
• Familiar with compliance, regulatory tech, middle office, product control, trade support, operations, post-trade processing, reconciliations and settlements.

Responsabilités

• Lead expansion into Compliance, Middle Office and Back Office across Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions.
• Develop and execute a strategic account engagement plan focused on control-function stakeholders.
• Build executive-level relationships with Compliance, Operations, Risk and Regulatory leaders.
• Identify opportunities to establish new buying centers beyond traditional trading-desk budgets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align opportunity strategies.
