Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and updating company compliance policies and procedures for product compliance.
• Overseeing a team member to assist in the compliance department.
• Conducting ethical audits of factories to ensure standards.
• Liaising with factories to resolve noncompliance issues.
• Developing and implementing a regular programme to track auditing.
• Help establish and maintain chain of custody for FSC, GRS Recycled Product, and GOTS certifications.
• Ensuring all products adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
• Liaising with regulatory bodies and maintaining relationships to ensure compliance and awareness of new developments.
• Assisting in the setup and implementation of regulatory standards.
• Developing and implementing procedures and practices to comply with these standards.
• Maintaining detailed records of compliance activities, audits, and investigations.
• Ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible for regulatory inspections.
