Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery, scoping and delivery for our web and mobile apps on a core B2B SaaS platform. You will shape the roadmap, translate research into clear requirements, and work closely with engineering and design to ship outcomes that users find valuable.

Qualifications

• Experience taking web and mobile apps from concept to launch in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience in product roles focused on web and mobile platforms.
• Knowledge of product discovery, requirements gathering, UX/UI principles and product ownership.
• Clear communication; ability to lead and manage projects confidently.
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to building intuitive, genuinely useful products.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and long-term vision for web and mobile products.
• Lead discovery through user research, competition analysis and market assessment.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on value and feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering and design from concept to launch.
• Drive development of new features meeting market demand and client value.
• Champion iterative improvements to existing functionality and UX/UI.
• Partner with engineering, design, QA, customer success, sales and marketing.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align goals, scope and requirements.
• Develop deep understanding of client workflows and pain points.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to guide next steps.
