Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own the discovery, scoping and delivery of our web and mobile applications for a core B2B SaaS platform. You will partner with engineering and design to ship user-centered features that deliver measurable client value.

The role blends strategy with hands-on execution, requiring you to shape roadmaps, conduct user research, and translate findings into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Experience owning web and mobile product lifecycles in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to translate user needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Proven track record of shaping product strategy from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and long-term vision for web and mobile products aligned with goals.
• Lead discovery through user research, competitive analysis and market assessment.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog with engineering and design from concept to launch.
• Drive new web and mobile product ideas and ensure market fit and client value.
• Iterate on existing functionality to improve UX/UI and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, customer success, sales and marketing.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align goals, scope and requirements.
• Develop deep understanding of client workflows and pain points for product feedback.
• Track product performance, adoption and engagement to inform next steps.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups and reviews.
