Job summary

Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery, scoping and delivery of our web and mobile applications. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle on our core B2B SaaS platform, deciding which problems to solve and shipping features that clients find useful.

You’ll report to the Head of Product and collaborate with engineering and design to launch outcomes. If you’ve shipped SaaS products from idea to launch, think outcomes over output, and care about user

Experience leading discovery and scoping for web and mobile apps in B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

Product strategy and vision: define long-term vision for web and mobile products aligned with goals.
Discovery and scoping: user research, analysis to surface pain points and opportunities.
Delivery and product ownership: manage backlog with engineering and design from concept to launch.
New products and features: conceive and develop offerings meeting market demand.
Continuous improvement: iterate UX/UI and functionality for better user experience.
Cross-functional collaboration: work with engineering, design, QA, success, sales and marketing.
Stakeholder communication: align goals and requirements with stakeholders.
User understanding: learn client workflows and feedback to inform product.
Performance monitoring: track adoption and feedback to inform future work.
