Job summary

Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own the discovery, scoping and delivery of web and mobile applications across the full product lifecycle for our core B2B SaaS platform. You will report to the Head of Product and work with engineering and design to ship outcomes that clients actually find useful.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping web and mobile SaaS products from concept to launch.
• B2B SaaS environment experience is required.
• Strong UX/UI understanding and user-centric focus.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and long-term vision for web and mobile products.
• Lead discovery through user research, competitive analysis, and market assessment.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business value and feasibility.
• Drive conception and development of new web and mobile products meeting market demand.
• Champion continuous improvement of existing functionality and UX/UI.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, customer success, sales and marketing.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align goals, scope and requirements.
• Develop deep understanding of client workflows and processes to inform product decisions.
• Monitor product performance and feedback to shape future releases.
• Facilitate Agile sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
