Job summary

Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery, scoping and delivery of web and mobile applications for our core B2B SaaS platform. You’ll report to the Head of Product and work across the full product lifecycle, translating client workflows into outcomes that drive real value.

The role is both strategic and hands-on, involving collaboration with engineering, design, QA, and marketing to ship features that users find useful and intuitive.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering web and mobile apps in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience leading product discovery and writing user stories.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Focus on user experience and outcomes over output.

Responsibilities

• Product strategy and vision - define the long-term vision for web and mobile products.
• Discovery and scoping - surface real pain points via user research and market analysis.
• Delivery and product ownership - prioritise backlog based on value and feasibility.
• New products and features - conceive and develop web and mobile products that meet market demand.
• Continuous improvement - iterate on functionality and UX/UI refinements.
• Cross-functional collaboration - partner with engineering, design, QA, customer success, sales and marketing.
• Stakeholder communication - align goals, scope and requirements with stakeholders.
• User understanding - map client workflows and feedback into the product.
• Performance monitoring - track adoption and engagement and shape future plans.
• Agile facilitation - participate in sprint planning and reviews.
