Job summary

Nobul Resourcing Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own discovery, scoping and delivery of our web and mobile applications for a core B2B SaaS platform. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, shaping the roadmap and shipping outcomes that clients find useful.

The work is a mix of strategic and hands-on, requiring collaboration with engineering and design, deep user insight, and a focus on outcomes over output.

Qualifications

• Experience taking web and mobile apps from concept to launch in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, requirements gathering, and UX/UI.
• Proven ability to own and manage product backlogs in fast-moving teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic vision for web and mobile products aligned with company goals.
• Lead product discovery through user research and market assessment to surface pain points.
• Own and prioritise the backlog based on value, feasibility and customer need.
• Collaborate with engineering and design from concept to launch.
• Track product performance and use feedback to shape future work.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
