Job summary

Homey is seeking an experienced UK HR Manager to own the HR function for our UK operations. The role covers the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through performance management, employee relations, development and offboarding.

You will work directly with leadership and UK Brand Leads to ensure strong people standards, UK compliance, and timely resolution of HR issues, with exposure to multiple brands and functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in UK HR management roles with ownership of the HR function.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK HR function and lead end-to-end people operations.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and development.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with UK employment requirements and payroll concepts.
• Partner with leadership and Brand Leads to influence culture and standards.
