Rowden is building a next-generation engineering business and seeks a Product Engineer to support design, development, validation, and manufacturability improvements across our products.

You will work closely with R&D, design and manufacturing teams to ensure performance, quality, and regulatory compliance while applying the V-Model methodology for structured validation and verification.

Qualificações

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong interest in product development from concept to production.
• Fundamental engineering principles and design process understanding.
• Familiarity with CAD tools is a plus, not required.
• Analytical mindset and hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Good written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Assist design, development, and testing of new products to meet customer needs.
• Apply the V-Model to validation and verification at each development stage.
• Collaborate with R&D, design, and manufacturing to improve functionality and manufacturability.
• Document requirements, specifications, and test results with traceability.
• Support compliance assessments and safety/regulatory readiness.
• Contribute to early prototype builds and feed lessons into production.
