Rowden Technologies Ltd. is seeking a senior engineering leader to own Verification & Validation (V&V) and the System Integration & Test (SI&T) capability.

You will set the technical vision, decide where to invest, grow the team, and build reusable test environments that prove complex edge systems work in realistic conditions. You will stay hands-on while guiding multiple projects, driving automation, and championing simulation and emulation as first-class evidence sources.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on verification and validation of complex, multi-disciplinary systems.
• Experience building or maturing a V&V capability, tooling or standards.
• Strong test engineering fundamentals: decide what to test and prove outcomes.
• Experience with test infrastructure: hardware-in-the-loop, simulation or emulation.
• Ability to lead and mentor engineers and manage multiple programmes.

Responsabilités

• Own V&V discipline, set technical vision and define good verification at Rowden.
• Define V&V strategy for complex, multi-disciplinary systems.
• Own and grow the SI&T capability as the primary V&V execution arm.
• Build reusable test and evaluation infrastructure across projects.
• Grow the team and develop people to deliver capability.
• Develop Rowden standard approach for V&V design and execution.
• Stay technically hands-on with project teams.
• Drive automation of test execution, data capture and analysis.
• Champion simulation and emulation environments as evidence sources.
• Establish rapid reproduction of intermittent failures and regression tests.
• Work across disciplines to design verifiability into projects.
• Capture and close V&V issues with a closed loop to design cycles.
• Set and raise engineering standards for verification and test.
