Rowden in Bristol, UK, is seeking a Verification & Validation (V&V) Discipline Lead to own V&V and SI&T, driving the technical vision and building reusable test infrastructure. You will lead a team of engineers, collaborate with the Head of Systems and VP Engineering, and deliver evidence-backed verification across edge computing, sensing, and communications domains.

The role requires deep V&V expertise, hands-on involvement, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience verifying and validating complex multi-disciplinary systems.
• Proven ability to build or mature a V&V or test capability.
• Strong test engineering fundamentals and evidence-based approaches.

Responsabilités

• Set technical vision for V&V and SI&T; define what good verification looks like.
• Define the Rowden V&V strategy for complex systems across requirements and stakeholders.
• Build and evolve reusable test and evaluation infrastructure across projects.
• Grow and lead the V&V team and develop its people.
