Job summary

Rowden is seeking a senior V&V leader to own the verification and validation discipline, including the System Integration & Test capability. You will set the technical vision, guide investment, and build reusable test and evaluation infrastructure that works across multi-disciplinary, complex edge systems.

You will work closely with engineering leadership to ensure evidence is robust and repeatable. You will stay hands-on, lead teams, and drive a culture of reuse and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Real, hands-on experience verifying and validating complex, multi-disciplinary systems.
• Proven track record building or maturing V&V or test capabilities, tooling or standards.
• Strong test engineering fundamentals and ability to prove outcomes with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Own V&V as a discipline, including SI&T: set the vision, decide focus, define what good verification and validation look like.
• Define the Rowden V&V strategy for complex systems across diverse stakeholders.
• Own and grow the SI&T capability as the primary execution arm of V&V with reusable test infrastructure.
