State Street Corporation seeks a senior Capability, Governance and AI Enablement leader to establish and continuously improve the Product Dependency Management capability across strategic programmes. You will oversee dependency governance, prioritise risks, and drive AI-driven, responsible use cases within delivery workstreams.

In this role you will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, align roadmaps with client delivery timelines, and ensure clear ownership, dates and actions.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in investment or asset management with front-/middle-office exposure.
• Significant experience coordinating across complex programmes where product, technology and operations change.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies, governance, reporting and stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with ADS Product Delivery Lead to establish and improve the Product Dependency Management capability.
• Lead day-to-day dependency governance across strategic programmes, with consistent processes and decision-making.
• Champion AI-first operating model by embedding responsible AI use cases across dependency workflows.
