Alpha Data Services seeks a Product Dependency Lead to establish and operate Dependency Management across strategic programmes, guiding AI-enabled transitions and cross-functional delivery across Product, Technology, Operations and client-facing teams.

The role combines governance, data-led insight and sharp stakeholder coordination to ensure timely decisions, clear accountability and predictable client outcomes.

Qualificações

• Investment or asset management industry experience.
• Experience across complex programmes with client engagement.
• Knowledge of front- and middle-office functions.

Responsabilidades

• Establish, embed and continuously improve the Product Dependency Management capability.
• Lead day-to-day operation of dependency governance across strategic programmes.
• Champion AI-first operating model by embedding responsible AI use cases.
• Maintain an integrated view of roadmaps, milestones, sequencing and client outcomes.
• Own the dependency register with clear descriptions, owners, dates and resolutions.
• Support roadmap and release planning by aligning commitments to priorities.
• Coordinate stakeholders to validate dependencies and drive actions to closure.
• Produce dashboards and executive reporting on dependency status and risks.
• Apply AI and automation to streamline tracking and insights.
