Job summary

Unknown organisation seeks an AI Project Manager to lead AI initiatives across the business, aligning data, technology, risk, legal, and governance with regulatory expectations.

You will translate opportunities into delivery plans, manage end-to-end implementations, and support adoption of new methodologies while maintaining executive reporting and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience as a project manager or equivalent, delivering technology and business change initiatives.
• Proven understanding of project management techniques and ability to apply them in iterative environments.
• Experience delivering AI, data, analytics, automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Excellent knowledge of change management principles and supporting adoption of new technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and delivery considerations, including ML and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-related projects from initiation to implementation, deployment, and handover.
• Translate business problems into project objectives, business cases, and delivery plans.
• Develop and maintain integrated plans with milestones, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery across stakeholders to ensure momentum.
• Manage AI technology delivery activities, including requirements, data readiness, and solution design.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand AI components and governance.
• Support testing and validation to meet business requirements before release.
• Lead AI-enabled business changes, assess impacts, and embed stakeholder engagement.
• Drive benefit realisation by defining baselines and tracking outcomes.
• Establish governance for AI initiatives, managing risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate workshops and decision forums, communicating actions and outcomes.
• Prepare reports for sponsors and committees detailing progress and risks.
• Contribute to AI delivery and change management approaches with lessons learned.
