Job summary

Boston Consulting Group in London seeks a Product Manager, Enterprise AI, to own the full lifecycle of AI products — skills, plugins, agents, and workflows — guiding from concept to launch and governing the portfolio as it scales.

You will work with senior leadership, engineering, risk, privacy, and compliance teams to ensure governance, quality, and measurable impact, while prototyping rapidly and delivering production-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant product management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Anthropic and/or OpenAI tooling — in a professional or personal context.
• Consulting background or comparable client-facing experience.
• Deep fluency across the modern AI tooling stack and multi-agent architectures.
• Ability to navigate risk, privacy, or compliance reviews.
• Proficiency with JIRA or equivalent tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own AI products end-to-end — from concept through requirements, build, quality and safety review, to rollout.
• Prototype rapidly using AI-native tooling and scale with engineering.
• Consolidate tools and ensure AI assets are reusable and portable across platforms.
• Define governance and release pathways; ensure risk, legal, privacy, and compliance sign-off is scalable.
• Track usage and translate data into leadership-ready reports on adoption and value.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to direct builds and architecture.
