QVC Group is seeking a Product Validation and Approval Administrator to support product set-up across buying areas and ensure accurate product information for QA approval and item release. The role collaborates with buying teams and vendors to maintain complete product records and documentation.

The position is hybrid, based from the Knowsley office with office attendance two days per week, Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, with flexible hours where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail head office environment with an administrative focus.
• Attention to detail and methodical approach to data handling.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; capable of using computer systems.

Responsabilités

• Set up products in relevant systems using information from product specification cards and buying teams.
• Check product master data, article attributes and descriptions for accuracy and completeness.
• Validate product data and supporting documentation to support QA approval and item release.
• Communicate product information changes and issues to buying teams, and update records in the relevant systems.
• Guide vendors and buying teams on providing accurate product information, and maintain product-related documentation.
