Job summary

QVC Group in Knowsley combines live social shopping with a dynamic product validation role. You will set up products, validate data for QA approval, and keep records accurate by coordinating with buying teams and vendors. The role is hybrid, with 2 days in the Knowsley office, and a 9:00–17:00 schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail head office environment with administrative discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up products in systems from product specification cards and buying teams.
• Check product master data, article attributes and descriptions for accuracy.
• Validate product data and supporting documentation for QA approval and item release.
• Communicate product information changes to buying teams and update records.
