Job summary

QVC in Knowsley, England, is seeking a Product Validation and Approval Administrator to support product set‑up across buying areas and validate product information for QA approval and item release.

The role is hybrid, based in the Knowsley office two days per week, with a 9:00–17:00 schedule on Monday to Friday and flexible hours. You will work with buying teams and vendors to maintain accurate product records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail head office environment with administrative duties and meticulous work approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable using computer systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up products in systems using data from specification cards and buying teams.
• Check master data, attributes and descriptions for accuracy.
• Validate product data and supporting docs for QA approval and release of items.
• Communicate changes and issues to buying teams and update records in systems.
• Guide vendors on providing accurate information and maintain product documentation.
