QVC Group, Inc. is hiring a Product Validation and Approval Administrator in Knowsley for a hybrid role. You will support product setup across buying areas and validate product information for QA approval and item release.

Work with buying teams and vendors to keep records accurate and complete, providing a reliable, methodical approach. The role is based in Knowsley with two days in the office, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm, offering a comprehensive Total Rewards package including time off,

As a Product Validation and Approval Administrator, you’ll support product set‑up across buying areas and help validate product information and documentation for QA approval and item release. You’ll work with buying teams and vendors to keep product records accurate and complete. Your organised, methodical approach will help ensure updates and documentation are handled reliably.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to work from our Knowsley office 2 days per week. The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with flexibility in working hours.

What You'll Do

• Set up products in relevant systems using information from product specification cards and buying teams.
• Check product master data, article attributes and descriptions for accuracy and completeness.
• Validate product data and supporting documentation to support QA approval and item release.
• Communicate product information changes and issues to buying teams, and update records in the relevant systems.
• Guide vendors and buying teams on providing accurate product information, and maintain product-related documentation.

What You'll Bring

• You’ll have experience in a retail head office environment, including administrative experience, with a careful and methodical approach to detailed work.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and confidence using computer systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including advanced English proficiency.
• The ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work with limited supervision.
• Flexibility to manage changing priorities and the ability to work under pressure.
• Completed commercial education or equivalent relevant experience.
