AB Agri is looking for a Product Co-ordinator (Performance Products) in Peterborough with hybrid working (office 1-2 times per week). You will manage customer orders, coordinate with suppliers and keep customers informed on availability and lead times.

You’ll work with farmers, suppliers and colleagues to move orders from request to delivery, learning how performance products are handled within AB Agri’s ecosystem.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or order processing is useful.
• Interest in agriculture or farming knowledge helps.
• Ability to learn about products and the business.
• Good communication and phone skills.

Responsabilidades

• Speak with farmers regularly by phone and assess their needs.
• Process customer orders and keep fulfilment data up to date.
• Liaise with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and lead times.
• Provide customers with clear delivery updates and explain constraints.
• Resolve delivery problems and communicate with customers about delays.
• Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to move orders forward.
