AGCO Corporation is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to train dealers and end users on Massey Ferguson products, reporting to the Sales Support Manager. You will deliver product training, run demonstrations at events, and provide on-site and remote support, working with Sales, product development, training, service and PTX to ensure high-level support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of the UK agricultural industry and farm machinery.
• Proven proficiency with modern agricultural equipment and customer needs.
• Valid full UK driving licence; tractor and telehandler licences are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Deliver product training and updates to internal staff, dealers and end users.
• Provide professional demonstrations at events, launches and shows.
• Offer face-to-face and remote support to dealers and end users; collaborate with Area Sales Managers to maximise sales and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Sales Support Specialists, Sales Manager and MF teams to improve take rates for MF Technology products.
• Gather market intelligence and develop strategies to improve product take rate and route to market.
