Qualifications
- Strong understanding of digital product development and lifecycle.
- Grasp of IT systems, integrations, APIs and data models.
- Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency with analysis, mapping and documentation tools (Azure DevOps/Jira, Visio).
- Good understanding of Agile delivery, testing cycles and release processes.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Product or Business Analysis certifications (BCS, IIBA, Product Owner, Scrum) and data analytics training are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery activities to understand user pain points and opportunities.
- Analyse product usage data, customer feedback and metrics for insights.
- Turn insights into prioritised problem statements and feature ideas with Product Owners.
- Write clear, testable user stories, acceptance criteria and journeys.
- Create process maps, data flows and system behaviour definitions for Evolve.
- Shape epics and features to support roadmap planning.
- Support refinement sessions with engineering and sizing.
- Answer detailed questions and clarify edge cases during build cycles.
- Assist test planning, UAT and QA reviews; ensure release readiness.
- Participate in post-release evaluation and governance.
