Job summary
Solus, part of Aviva, is seeking a Product Analyst to support the Evolve platform by translating user needs and business opportunities into actionable requirements. You’ll work with Product Managers, Engineers, UX and stakeholders to shape the backlog, guide discovery and ensure delivery of measurable value across operations.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of digital product development and product lifecycle.
- Ability to translate business needs into product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency with analysis, mapping and documentation tools (Azure DevOps/Jira, Visio).
Responsibilities
- Drive product discovery, insights and PRD drafting.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to shape epics and features.
- Support refinement sessions with engineering, QA and UAT.
- Ensure traceability, governance and compliance of requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and cross-functional design discussions.
