Solus Accident Repair Centres is seeking a Product Analyst to evolve the Evolve platform by translating user needs and business opportunities into actionable requirements. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, UX and stakeholders to shape backlogs and guide discovery, ensuring measurable value across operations.

The role blends business analysis, product thinking, user research and process optimisation, with a focus on data-driven validation and governance compliance.

Qualifications

Understand digital product development and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Translate user needs into product requirements and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate with Product Owners to shape epics and roadmaps.
Support refinement, testing, and UAT for features.
Map current and future workflows to improve efficiency and data quality.
Ensure requirements comply with governance and security standards.
Identify opportunities to reduce complexity and manual workarounds.
Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across teams.
