Job summary

MRJ Recruitment Limited is partnering with a growing technology business to recruit a Senior Product Analyst. You will shape product development, improve customer experiences and uncover opportunities for value through data-driven analysis.

You will work closely with Product, Design and Engineering teams, guiding discovery from requirements through delivery and measuring impact, with mentoring opportunities for other analysts.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing complex customer and business problems.
• Ability to translate problems into actionable requirements for technical teams.
• Experience working with Product, Design and Engineering in agile settings.
• Strong ability to validate ideas with qualitative and quantitative insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis for complex product features across web and mobile.
• Identify problems and opportunities using customer feedback, research and data.
• Facilitate workshops and define clear requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate problems into requirements for development teams.
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Engineers, QA and Delivery Leads.
• Define success metrics and measure feature adoption and performance.
• Support research, testing and validation to back product decisions.
• Contribute to competitor analysis and market trend recognition.
• Support product launches, release communications and training.
