Job summary

Solirius Reply is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our digital delivery practice in London. You will work with product owners, architects, and delivery teams to translate business needs into well-defined requirements and actionable outcomes.

You will map journeys, design future states, and ensure traceability across business, data, and system layers. Strong communication and a collaborative, agile mindset are essential for success in client engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering within complex technical projects or multi-tenant SaaS environments.
• Strong elicitation, traceability and change control tooling knowledge (e.g., Jira, DOORS-type tools).
• Knowledge of modelling approaches (BPMN, UML, TOGAF or ArchiMate) and journey architecture.
• Data literacy with APIs; ability to size problems using SQL or analytics tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead blueprinting and value stream mapping with Product Owners and Technical Architects.
• Map end-to-end journeys and data flows, linking business outcomes to value streams and data.
• Analyse existing systems and data transfers to identify gaps and risks.
• Document current processes and design future states with stakeholders.
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability and baselines across lifecycle artefacts.
• Support agile ceremonies, UAT, and operational readiness.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and ensure alignment with product objectives.
