Kernel is seeking an AI Ops Engineer for our product team to build internal systems that help Kernel scale without adding manual work.

You’ll work across Product, Customer Support, and Engineering—turning ideas into tools, APIs, or data pipelines that people actually use in production.

This hands-on role focuses on automating customer support and building systems to improve demos, while keeping documentation current in our fast-moving London startup.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a fast-moving startup building tools, automations or AI workflows that people use

Responsibilities

• Automating customer support: lead initiatives using AI tooling and MCPs
• Turning user feedback into evals: build workflows that convert data issues into test cases
• Keeping docs current: create workflows that detect product changes and update docs
• Making Kernel easier to demo: build tools for demos using relevant account data
