Job summary

Endra is seeking a Product Specialist to bridge our vision and the engineers who use it. You will own the technical success of customers from the final sales stages through full adoption, acting as a product expert, teacher, and critical feedback loop for the engineering team.

You’ll partner with the GTM team on discovery, lead pre-kick-off sessions, deliver on-site and online training, monitor activity through the first 90 days, and translate feedback into tangible product improvements on the

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MEP engineering experience in a top-tier firm.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit for large complex MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner in the pitch with the GTM team and discovery calls.
• Own the transition from sales to success with white glove precision.
• Conduct deep-dive training sessions and demos on-site and online for super users.
• Closely monitor customer activity during the first 0-90 days and lead bi-weekly training sessions.
• Collaborate with product engineers to translate customer feedback into the product roadmap.
• Provide sustained support to ensure long-term customer success.
• Collaborate with GTM and Marketing to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
