Job summary

BetterUp is seeking a Senior Product and Go-to-Market Strategist to own positioning and narrative across the customer journey, grounded in business problems and market intelligence. This is not a single-product role but a multi-product platform strategy that informs messaging used daily by the field.

You will influence Sales, Customer Success, Product, Demand Gen, and Brand, lead launches, and build scalable field systems while partnering with executive leaders to drive pipeline and platform

Qualifications

• 8+ years of strategy consulting or equivalent experience with top-tier firms or lean scale-ups.
• Strong written and verbal storytelling for C-suite buyers.
• Ability to translate research, win/loss data, and market signals into clear strategy and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Define positioning and messaging across the customer journey for multi-product platform.
• Lead the platform narrative and drive pipeline, retention, and platform conversion.
• Own end-to-end launch strategy and narrative for new products and capabilities.
• Build scalable field systems: pitches, battlecards, playbooks, and case studies.
